Ingredients
- 3 medium or 2 large mangos, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 medium sweet or red onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 large lime
- Salt

Options
This salsa is wonderful with fish, shrimp, chicken, or pork tacos, beans and rice, or even just served with chips!
To make it your own, try replacing half of the mangos with pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, diced peaches or nectarines.
