Sweet, spicy and super simple, this salsa looks like a bowl of confetti – ready to party! Celebrate deliciousness with freshly diced mango, red bell peppers, onions and zesty lime.
Ingredients
  • 3 medium or 2 large mangos, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 medium sweet or red onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • Salt
  • 3 medium or 2 large mangos, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 59.15ml chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • Salt

Preparation
STEP 1

Combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt.

Options

This salsa is wonderful with fish, shrimp, chicken, or pork tacos, beans and rice, or even just served with chips!

To make it your own, try replacing half of the mangos with pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, diced peaches or nectarines.
