  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 226.8g roasted green chile peppers
  • 118.29ml flat-leaf Italian parsley
  • 118.29ml fresh cilantro
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 38.34g capers
  • 25.56g red wine vinegar
  • 12.78g lemon zest
  • 118.29ml olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
STEP 1

Blend all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor until well combined. Add more olive oil for a thinner sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
