  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 236.59ml diced rhubarb
  • 4.26g sugar
  • 2.13g red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 lime, juiced
  • 118.29ml diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced
  • 0.5 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1.07g cumin
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation
STEP 1

In a bowl combine rhubarb, sugar, vinegar, lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, cumin, salt and pepper. Toss well to combine.
