Maple Dijon Dressing

This simple dressing is delicious any time of year, but especially during the fall months! Use on leafy green salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables or even as a marinade for chicken.
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon grated shallot (or 1 clove of garlic, grated)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 25.56g pure maple syrup
  • 12.78g Dijon mustard
  • 12.78g grated shallot (or 1 clove of garlic, grated)
  • 25.56g apple cider vinegar
  • 2.13g kosher salt
  • 1.07g black pepper
  • 59.15ml olive oil

Preparation
STEP 1

Mix maple syrup, Dijon, shallot, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl.

STEP 2

While constantly whisking slowly add oil to blend. Taste for seasoning, serve and enjoy!

Options

Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

If you don’t feel like whisking, add all the ingredients to a jar and give it a good shake!
