Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
- 1-3 tablespoons gochujang
- ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Green onions, thinly sliced

Whether air-fried or roasted, this cauliflower recipe is packed with flavor and easy to make!
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 450°F.
STEP 2
Roast cauliflower for 10-15 minutes until golden and tender, or roast in an air fryer at 390° for about 15 minutes.
STEP 3
In a small bowl combine gochujang and sweet chili sauce.
STEP 4
Lightly toss cauliflower in sauce and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
