Ingredients
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 cup (packed) fresh flat-leaf parsley
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large garlic cloves

- 2.13g crushed red pepper flakes (or more to taste)

- 59.15ml red wine vinegar

Preparation
STEP 1
Using a food processor, pulse garlic to roughly chop.
STEP 2
Add parsley, cilantro, oregano and red pepper flakes. Pulse a few times.
STEP 3
With processor running, slowly add olive oil and process until almost smooth.
STEP 4
Add vinegar and pulse 1-2 times to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
