Ingredients
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 cup (packed) fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 236.59ml (packed) fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 78.86ml fresh cilantro
  • 38.34g fresh oregano leaves
  • 2.13g crushed red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
  • 177.44ml olive oil
  • 59.15ml red wine vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
STEP 1

Using a food processor, pulse garlic to roughly chop.

STEP 2

Add parsley, cilantro, oregano and red pepper flakes. Pulse a few times.

STEP 3

With processor running, slowly add olive oil and process until almost smooth.

STEP 4

Add vinegar and pulse 1-2 times to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
