Start your morning off right with a colorful bowl of plant powered goodness! And don't forget your garnishes, they're the best part of a smoothie bowl! Frozen fruit is perfect, but if you have fresh, use it up!
Ingredients
  • Super Green Smoothie:
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • ½ cup pineapple, optional
  • 3 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or favorite plant based milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • Berry Smoothie:
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 cups berries (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup ice
  • Optional additions:
  • Almond butter
  • Avocado
  • Frozen cauliflower
  • Garnishes:
  • Granola
  • Shredded coconut
  • Fresh berries
  • Sliced fruit (mango, kiwi, banana, pineapple etc.)
  • Chia or hemp seeds

Preparation
STEP 1

Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

STEP 2

Options

If all your fruit is frozen you may not need the ice!
