This Thai-based peanut sauce is great as a dip for fried tofu or spring rolls, a sauce for cold noodle salads or hot noodle stir-fry, with a variety of meats and vegetables, or rice or grain bowls.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Asian chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 118.29ml peanut butter
  • 78.86ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4.26g minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8.52g Asian chili sauce
  • 12.78g fish sauce
  • 12.78g soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos
  • 12.78g lime juice
  • 12.78g brown sugar

Preparation
STEP 1

In a bowl or blender combine peanut butter, coconut milk, ginger, garlic, chili sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and brown sugar.

STEP 2

Let sauce stand at room temperature for one hour or cover and refrigerate.

Options

For a thinner sauce add more coconut milk.
