            Ingredients
            
                                    - ½ cup peanut butter
 
                                    - ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk
 
                                    - 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
 
                                    - 1 clove garlic, minced
 
                                    - 2 teaspoons Asian chili sauce
 
                                    - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
 
                                    - 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos
 
                                    - 1 tablespoon lime juice
 
                                    - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 
                            
            
                                    - 118.29ml peanut butter
 
                                    - 78.86ml unsweetened coconut milk
 
                                    - 4.26g minced fresh ginger
 
                                    - 1 clove garlic, minced
 
                                    - 8.52g Asian chili sauce
 
                                    - 12.78g fish sauce
 
                                    - 12.78g soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos
 
                                    - 12.78g lime juice

            Preparation
            
                                    
                        STEP 1
                        In a bowl or blender combine peanut butter, coconut milk, ginger, garlic, chili sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and brown sugar. 
                     
                                    
                        STEP 2
                        Let sauce stand at room temperature for one hour or cover and refrigerate.

                        For a thinner sauce add more coconut milk.
