Radish Dip

Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes (about 3/4 pound) or about 1/2 pound loose radishes, trimmed and quartered
- 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh dill (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)

- 12.78g lemon juice

- 2.13g fresh dill (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)
This dip has great spice from the pungent radish root and garlic, and the specks of pink add a fun surprise.
Preparation
STEP 1
Place radishes in food processor and chop well.
STEP 2
Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well combined.
STEP 3
Chill until ready to serve. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or sliced baguette.
