A perfect weeknight side dish or part of a holiday spread. Simple to make, and easy to love!
Ingredients
  • 1 (15 ounces) can whole corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounces) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 ½ ounces) package cornbread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Optional additions:
  • Crispy bacon crumbles
  • Green chiles
  • Jalapeños
  • Sautéed onions
  • Green onions
  • Shredded cheese
  • 1 (425.24g) can whole corn, drained
  • 1 (425.24g) can creamed corn
  • 1 (240.97g) package cornbread mix
  • 236.59ml sour cream
  • 118.29ml unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Optional additions:
  • Crispy bacon crumbles
  • Green chiles
  • Jalapeños
  • Sautéed onions
  • Green onions
  • Shredded cheese

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add any optional ingredients.

STEP 3

Grease an 8-inch casserole with butter. Pour in batter and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Options

You can substitute the canned corn with about 1 ½ cups fresh corn kernels.
