- 1 (15 ounces) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 ½ ounces) package cornbread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten

- Crispy bacon crumbles
- Green chiles
- Jalapeños
- Sautéed onions
- Green onions
- Shredded cheese
- 1 (425.24g) can whole corn, drained
- 1 (425.24g) can creamed corn
- 1 (240.97g) package cornbread mix
- 236.59ml sour cream
- 118.29ml unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Optional additions:
- Crispy bacon crumbles

- Sautéed onions
- Green onions
- Shredded cheese

Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add any optional ingredients.
STEP 3
Grease an 8-inch casserole with butter. Pour in batter and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Options
You can substitute the canned corn with about 1 ½ cups fresh corn kernels.
