  • 2 tablespoons peeled chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ⅓ cup oil
  • 2 carrots, peeled and quartered
  • 25.56g peeled chopped ginger
  • 12.78g lime juice
  • 25.56g orange juice
  • 4.26g orange zest
  • 59.15ml chopped green onion
  • 12.78g honey or brown sugar
  • 4.26g sesame oil
  • 8.52g soy sauce
  • 59.15ml rice wine vinegar
  • 78.86ml oil

Preparation
STEP 1

Place all ingredients except oil into a blender. Blend until mostly smooth.

STEP 2

Slowly add oil with blender running to emulsify dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
