  • 1 cup candied or roasted nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts)
  • Mixed salad greens or arugula, optional
  • 226.8g Burrata
  • 2 oranges, peeled, segmented or sliced (such as Cara Cara, Blood Orange, Red or Gold Grapefruit)
  • 2 peeled, thinly sliced beets (raw or roasted)
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

  • 236.59ml candied or roasted nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts)

Preparation
STEP 1
