Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounces) goat cheese log, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Beet chips (or any favorite chip, cracker, or veg)
- 1 (226.8g) goat cheese log, at room temperature
- 12.78g honey
- 2.13g minced fresh rosemary
- 2.13g lemon zest
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Beet chips (or any favorite chip, cracker, or veg)
Use any chip or dipping device to scoop up this simple yet delicious dip. Veggie sticks, endive, apples, bagel chips, crackers, pita chips, pretzels, whatever you love. We happen to love beets!
Preparation
STEP 1
Add goat cheese to the bowl of a food processor. Mix until nicely lightened and whipped.
STEP 2
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a drizzle of honey, and sprinkle of rosemary, lemon zest, and black pepper. Serve with beet chips or any other favorite.
Options
Could also top with pomegranate arils or chopped pistachios. Or substitute feta for goat cheese.
