            Ingredients
            
                                    - 4 T&C made-in-house brats
- 12 ounces of your favorite beer
- 1 sweet onion, sliced thin
- 4 outdoor stadium style buns
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
- Cast iron skillet

            Fire up your grill and grab your cast iron skillet. We’re cooking T&C signature brats, made fresh in our markets!
            Preparation
            
                                    
                        STEP 1
                        Heat your gas or charcoal grill to medium high, allow to pre-heat for 5-10 minutes.
                     
                                    
                        STEP 2
                        Place cast iron skillet on grill and allow to heat for 2–3 minutes.  
                     
                                    
                        STEP 3
                        Add T&C brats, beer and onion to skillet, let the brats roast in the skillet for 15 minutes.
                     
                                    
                        STEP 4
                        Pull brats out of the skillet, and finish on the grill for another 2–3 minutes per side. Continue to simmer onions until most of the beer is gone.
                     
                                    
                        STEP 5
                        Place buns on grill open and face down for about 10 seconds to lightly toast.
                     
                                    
                        STEP 6
                        Place brats in the buns and add the ketchup, mustard, onions and jalapeños if using.
