T&C Not-Your-Everyday Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 box T&C EveryDay Macaroni
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 8 ounces diced sheep, goat, or feta cheese (marinated preferred)
  • 1 cup favorite pitted olives (Kalamata, Castelvetrano, etc.)
  • 1 - 1½ cups your favorite vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box T&C EveryDay Macaroni
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped
  • 473.18ml cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 226.8g diced sheep, goat, or feta cheese (marinated preferred)
  • 236.59ml favorite pitted olives (Kalamata, Castelvetrano, etc.)
  • 1 - 1½ cups your favorite vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
STEP 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta per package instructions.

STEP 2

Drain and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

STEP 3

Add cucumbers, tomatoes, red pepper, red onion, cheese, olives, and dressing. Toss until everything is well incorporated. Season with more salt and pepper if needed.

STEP 4

Chill and serve right away or refrigerate overnight.
