Thanks to the slow cooker, loaded baked potatoes, are what’s for dinner! Prep them in the morning then they’re ready when you are. Topped with traditional cheese, sour cream, bacon and chives to the unexpected carne asada, pico de gallo and guacamole! Have fun with it! Delicious and filling for the whole family!
Preparation
STEP 1
Wash and dry potatoes then prick with a fork in multiple spots.
STEP 2
Rub potatoes with olive oil and season with salt. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and place in slow cooker.
STEP 3
Cook until potatoes are tender. About 7-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Serve with all your favorite toppings!
Options
For a crispier skin broil the potatoes for a few minutes before serving.
