Ingredients
- 4 (5-6 ounce) salmon fillets or steaks
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill or tarragon
- 1 teaspoon minced lemon zest
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon wedges to serve

- 25.56g lemon juice
- 19.17g minced garlic
- 25.56g minced fresh dill or tarragon
- 4.26g minced lemon zest
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat broiler or grill. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill or tarragon, lemon zest and pepper flakes in a bowl.
STEP 2
Place salmon on a foil-lined sheet pan and brush heavily with half of marinade. Broil for 4 minutes. Brush with remaining marinade and broil again until fish flakes with a fork, about 4 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with lemon wedges.
Options
For the grill cook either directly on clean oiled grates, skin side down first, or cover the grates with a large piece of foil.
