Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce, tamari or yuzu ponzu
  • 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onion
  • 1 finely minced Thai chile (optional)
  • 8.52g toasted sesame oil
  • 12.78g finely grated ginger
  • 8.52g soy sauce, tamari or yuzu ponzu
  • 51.12g rice vinegar
  • 12.78g minced green onion
  • 1 finely minced Thai chile (optional)

Preparation
STEP 1

In a small bowl, mix together sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Chill until ready for use.

STEP 2

Top a freshly shucked chilled oyster with a small amount of sauce, green onion and Thai chile (if using), and enjoy!
