Ingredients
  • ½ pound Our Own Italian Sausage (bulk not linked)
  • 1 box Boursin Cheese (or your favorite cream cheese)
  • 16 large cremini mushrooms, stems removed
  • Italian parsley, to garnish (optional)

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

STEP 2

Mix raw sausage with cheese. Stuff each mushroom with about 2 teaspoons of mixture.

STEP 3

Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and cook for about 20 minutes or until filling is cooked and lightly browned. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Options

This recipe will vary in quantity based off the size of your mushrooms. We recommend buying plenty of mushrooms so none of your filling goes to waste.

Servings are based on people eating 4 mushrooms each.
