- ⅔ cup extra virgin olive oil

- 8.52g lemon zest
- 19.17g lemon juice

Preparation
STEP 1
Combine chopped parsley, basil, oregano, parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well and add any additional salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
Options
For an added punch of flavor try adding chopped capers, chopped anchovies or chiles (such as chopped Calabrian or red pepper flakes).
