  • 1 avocado, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable stock
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper, any color
  • 1 cucumber, seeded
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ¼-inch peeled ginger, sliced or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon liquid aminos, or to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 avocado, peeled and seeded
  • 236.59ml low-sodium vegetable stock

  • 473.18ml baby spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ¼-inch peeled ginger, sliced or to taste
  • 12.78g liquid aminos, or to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • 2.13g ground coriander
