Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon toasted cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1-3 teaspoons sriracha, optional
- 473.18ml mayonnaise
- 236.59ml chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 12.78g red wine vinegar
- 12.78g Dijon mustard
- 2.13g kosher salt
- 12.78g toasted cumin seeds
- 4.26g dry mustard powder
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4.26g soy sauce
- 12.78g toasted sesame oil
- 1-3 teaspoons sriracha, optional
A quick sauce that is great for dumplings, noodles or chicken. It’s like an Asian flavored mayonnaise!
Preparation
STEP 1
Combine mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, vinegar, Dijon, salt, cumin seeds, mustard powder, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and sriracha if you choose in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve right away or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
