Originating in San Francisco after a play named the Green Goddess, this appropriately hued dressing is enjoyed by all for it’s bright, creamy and irresistible flavor.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 large clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 118.29ml mayonnaise
  • 118.29ml sour cream
  • 118.29ml fresh parsley
  • 25.56g chopped fresh chives
  • 12.78g chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 large clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • 8.52g white wine vinegar
  • 4.26g lemon zest
  • 25.56g fresh lemon juice
  • 4.26g sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation
STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until well combined, scraping down sides once or twice.

STEP 2

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
