For a cozy family meal idea don't forget meatloaf! It’s made in one bowl and can feed everyone. Best served with mashed potatoes, your favorite green veg, and conversation around the table.
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef, pork, turkey, or chicken (or any combination)
  • ½ cup dried breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • ¾ cup grated onion
  • ¾ cup grated carrot
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried mustard
  • 1 cup ketchup, divided
  • 907.18g ground beef, pork, turkey, or chicken (or any combination)
  • 118.29ml dried breadcrumbs
  • 118.29ml oatmeal
  • 177.44ml grated onion
  • 177.44ml grated carrot
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 12.78g Worcestershire sauce
  • 4.26g salt
  • 2.13g pepper
  • 4.26g granulated garlic
  • 12.78g dried mustard
  • 236.59ml ketchup, divided

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2

Mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, oatmeal, onion, carrot, eggs, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, mustard powder and ½ cup of the ketchup together in a large bowl.

STEP 3

Transfer to a large loaf pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Top with remaining ketchup.

STEP 4

Bake for about 1 hour or until internal temperature reads 160°F for beef or pork, 165°F for poultry.
