Ingredients
  • 1 pound bag T&C EveryDay shrimp, thawed (16/20 raw, peeled, & deveined)
  • 1 package (10 slices) bacon, slices halved
  • Brown sugar
  • Coarse ground black pepper
  • Sir Kensington’s chipotle mayonnaise
  • 453.59g bag T&C EveryDay shrimp, thawed (16/20 raw, peeled, & deveined)
  • 1 package (10 slices) bacon, slices halved
  • Brown sugar
  • Coarse ground black pepper
  • Sir Kensington’s chipotle mayonnaise

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

STEP 2

Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and place cut-ends down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

STEP 3

Combine brown sugar and pepper, then sprinkle generously over the shrimp. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the bacon is caramelized and the shrimp are cooked through. Serve with chipotle mayo.
