- 1 package (10 slices) bacon, slices halved
- Brown sugar
- Coarse ground black pepper
- Sir Kensington’s chipotle mayonnaise, optional

Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
STEP 2
Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and place cut-ends down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
STEP 3
Combine brown sugar and pepper, then sprinkle generously over the shrimp. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the bacon is caramelized and the shrimp are cooked through. Serve with chipotle mayo if you choose.
Options
If your shrimp or prawns are shell-on easily thaw, peel and devein them yourself.
