Tea Popsicles

Yield:enough to fill your popsicle molds!
- Your favorite loose-leaf tea (black, green or herbal)
- Water
- Sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, stevia, agave etc.)
- Cream or non-dairy alternative, optional
- Optional additions – see options below

Light and bright or creamy and dreamy... You choose your favorite refreshing tea flavors.
Cold or hot brew your tea twice as strong as usual. Make enough tea to fill molds. Strain tea, add sweetener and dissolve completely. Add cream or alternative at this point if using. Chill mixture.
Add any optional additions to chilled tea. Pour into molds and freeze overnight.
Unmold popsicles by warming under warm water for a few seconds.
