Ingredients
- 1 box T&C EveryDay spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- ⅓ cup sliced or torn basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 25.56g olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 0.57L cherry tomatoes, halved
- 113.4g goat cheese
- 78.86ml sliced or torn basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
STEP 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta per package instructions.
STEP 2
Reserve 1 cup of pasta water then strain your pasta.
STEP 3
Return same pot to medium-low heat and add olive oil and garlic. Cook until fragrant but not brown, about 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until soft. Another 3-4 minutes.
STEP 4
Add pasta back to pot along with goat cheese. Stir and toss to melt goat cheese while slowly adding reserved pasta water to create a sauce. You probably won’t need the whole cup of water to achieve your desired consistency, so add it gradually.
STEP 5
Add the basil and season with more salt and pepper to taste.
