- 3 ounces smoked salmon, smoked sable fish (black cod), smoked trout, etc.
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickled red onion
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Potato chips, endive, and radish, for serving

Preparation
STEP 1
Mix yogurt, fish, garlic, red onion, dill, and capers in a bowl. Season with salt and red pepper flakes to taste.
STEP 2
Drizzle with olive oil and serve with potato chips, endive and radish.
