This dip is smokey, creamy, tangy and bright. A perfect appetizer and it comes together in minutes!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or labneh
  • 3 ounces smoked salmon, smoked sable fish (black cod), smoked trout, etc.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickled red onion
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Potato chips, endive, and radish, for serving
  • 118.29ml Greek yogurt or labneh
  • 85.05g smoked salmon, smoked sable fish (black cod), smoked trout, etc.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 25.56g chopped pickled red onion
  • 51.12g chopped fresh dill
  • 12.78g chopped capers
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Potato chips, endive, and radish, for serving

Preparation
STEP 1

Mix yogurt, fish, garlic, red onion, dill, and capers in a bowl. Season with salt and red pepper flakes to taste.

STEP 2
