Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup plain yogurt or buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons dried ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup minced dill pickles
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 118.29ml mayonnaise
- 236.59ml plain yogurt or buttermilk
- 25.56g dried ranch dressing mix
- 118.29ml minced dill pickles
- 4.26g dried dill or 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 12.78g minced chives
- 12.78g lemon juice
- 12.78g pickle juice
- 4.26g black pepper
- Salt to taste
If you are a dill pickle lover, this may be your new favorite dip. You can use it for anything and everything, even deep-fried pickles to double the pickle love!
Preparation
STEP 1
Mix ingredients in a bowl thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to use.
STEP 2
For a thicker dip, substitute ½ cup cream cheese for half of the yogurt or buttermilk.
STEP 3
Delicious with chips, fresh vegetables, breaded and fried meats or fish, French fries, tater tots or onion rings, or as a salad or sandwich dressing.
