No-Bake Oat Bites

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or sun)
- 2 tablespoons chia, flax and/or hemp seeds
- ½ cup chocolate chips (or white chocolate chips)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional additions:
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup protein powder
- ⅓ cup raisins or dried cranberries
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 354.88ml rolled oats
- 78.86ml honey or maple syrup
- 118.29ml nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or sun)
- 25.56g chia, flax and/or hemp seeds
- 118.29ml chocolate chips (or white chocolate chips)
- 4.26g vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional additions:
- 78.86ml shredded coconut
- 59.15ml protein powder
- 78.86ml raisins or dried cranberries
- 2.13g cinnamon
Grab a bite of energy! These no-bake oat bites are a fun, wholesome snack that kids and grown-ups will love.
Preparation
STEP 1
In a large bowl stir together oats, honey or syrup, nut butter, seed of choice, chocolate chips, vanilla, salt and any optional ingredients of your liking. Mix until combined.
STEP 2
Chill mixture in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes to firm it up a bit. This step is not necessary but helpful!
STEP 3
Using a small scoop portion mixture into round bites. Place bites on a parchment lined baking sheet and chill in either the refrigerator or freezer until firm.
STEP 4
Transfer bites into a resealable bag or container. Store in the refrigerator for 1 week or in the freezer for 6 months.
