No-Bake Oat Bites

Grab a bite of energy! These no-bake oat bites are a fun, wholesome snack that kids and grown-ups will love.
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or sun)
  • 2 tablespoons chia, flax and/or hemp seeds
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (or white chocolate chips)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional additions:
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup protein powder
  • ⅓ cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 354.88ml rolled oats
  • 78.86ml honey or maple syrup
  • 118.29ml nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or sun)
  • 25.56g chia, flax and/or hemp seeds
  • 118.29ml chocolate chips (or white chocolate chips)
  • 4.26g vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional additions:
  • 78.86ml shredded coconut
  • 59.15ml protein powder
  • 78.86ml raisins or dried cranberries
  • 2.13g cinnamon

Preparation
STEP 1

In a large bowl stir together oats, honey or syrup, nut butter, seed of choice, chocolate chips, vanilla, salt and any optional ingredients of your liking. Mix until combined.

STEP 2

Chill mixture in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes to firm it up a bit. This step is not necessary but helpful!

STEP 3

Using a small scoop portion mixture into round bites. Place bites on a parchment lined baking sheet and chill in either the refrigerator or freezer until firm.

STEP 4

Transfer bites into a resealable bag or container. Store in the refrigerator for 1 week or in the freezer for 6 months.
