Use for basting lightly during cooking, and then to thickly coat ham during last 15-20 minutes of cooking.

Options

To bake your ham preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham in a roasting pan flat cut down (on a rack or not). Add a ½ cup of water to the pan. Brush a light coating of glaze onto ham. Cover with foil. Bake for 12-15 minutes per pound or until an internal temperature of 140°F. (You can baste ham with juices from the pan throughout the baking process). Uncover ham, increase oven temperature to 425°F, heavily coat ham with remaining glaze, and bake for an additional 15 minutes for the glaze to caramelize.
