Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup half-and-half
- ½ cup chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper
- 1 (14 ounces) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Baguette, crackers, or tortilla chips to serve
- 1 (226.8g) package cream cheese, softened
- 19.17g Dijon mustard
- 59.15ml fresh lemon juice
- 12.78g Worcestershire sauce
- 59.15ml mayonnaise
- 59.15ml half-and-half
- 118.29ml chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper
- 1 (396.89g) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 118.29ml grated Parmesan cheese
- Baguette, crackers, or tortilla chips to serve
Go ahead, make people's day with this warm creamy dip. It's an oldie but a goodie, and oh so delicious!
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2
In a food processor or electric mixer, combine cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, half-and-half, chives, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in artichokes.
STEP 3
Pour into a 9-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
STEP 4
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
STEP 5
Let sit for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with a baguette, crackers, or chips.
