Hot Artichoke Dip

Go ahead, make people's day with this warm creamy dip. It's an oldie but a goodie, and oh so delicious!
Ingredients
  • 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup half-and-half
  • ½ cup chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (14 ounces) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Baguette, crackers, or tortilla chips to serve
  • 1 (226.8g) package cream cheese, softened
  • 19.17g Dijon mustard
  • 59.15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 12.78g Worcestershire sauce
  • 59.15ml mayonnaise
  • 59.15ml half-and-half
  • 118.29ml chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (396.89g) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 118.29ml grated Parmesan cheese
  • Baguette, crackers, or tortilla chips to serve

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2

In a food processor or electric mixer, combine cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, half-and-half, chives, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in artichokes.

STEP 3

Pour into a 9-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.

STEP 4

Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

STEP 5

Let sit for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with a baguette, crackers, or chips.
