Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown mustard
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 orange, sliced into rounds
- 118.29ml water
- 118.29ml raisins
- 118.29ml balsamic vinegar
- 59.15ml Worcestershire sauce
- 59.15ml ketchup
- 59.15ml brown mustard
- 1.07g cayenne pepper
- 2.13g ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 59.15ml chopped onion
- 1 orange, sliced into rounds

Preparation
STEP 1
Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan. Simmer on low heat, stirring often, for 15 minutes or until desired thickness.
STEP 2
Turn off the heat and strain out the garlic, onion and orange pieces. Let cool completely before serving.
