- 8.52g peanut butter
- 4.26g curry powder or to taste

- Salad:
- 1 (85.05g) package ramen noodles, crumbled (discard seasoning packet)
- 59.15ml diced toasted almonds (Bulk Foods)
- 709.76ml thinly sliced baby bok choy
- 236.59ml diced red bell pepper
- 1 carrot, grated
- 118.29ml thinly sliced green onion
