Preheat oven to 425°F.
Lay sliced baguette in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 5-8 minutes until crostini are golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
In a food processor whip goat cheese until smooth and creamy. Spread cheese onto crostini. Top with a drizzle of spicy honey and chopped pistachios.
You can substitute feta with goat cheese or ricotta. Try with adding sliced prosciutto. Regular honey can be used in place of spicy honey.
