  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ pound (1/4 cup) blue cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted and cooled
  • ½ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 baguette, sliced in 1” rounds
  • 1 apple of choice, sliced
  • 1 pear of choice, sliced
  • 3 (226.8g) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 118.29ml butter, softened
  • 113.4g (1/4 cup) blue cheese, crumbled
  • 118.29ml chopped walnuts, toasted and cooled
  • 118.29ml chopped fresh chives
  • 1 baguette, sliced in 1” rounds
  • 1 apple of choice, sliced
  • 1 pear of choice, sliced

Preparation
STEP 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, blue cheese, walnuts and chives. Mix well.

STEP 2

For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.

STEP 3

Spread on baguette slices, topping with apples and pears to serve.
