Savory Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients
- 3-4 rhubarb stalks, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons neutral oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled, chopped or ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2-4 tablespoons honey (depending on tartness of rhubarb)
- Hot Sauce, to taste, such as Gochujang or Sriracha

- 38.34g soy sauce
- 25.56g rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled, chopped or ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2-4 tablespoons honey (depending on tartness of rhubarb)
- Hot Sauce, to taste, such as Gochujang or Sriracha

Preparation
STEP 1
Place chopped rhubarb, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, honey and hot sauce into a blender and process until smooth. Add a little water if needed to help blend.
STEP 2
Pour sauce into a pan and simmer for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed and serve.
