Ingredients
- 2 (2 pounds) packages baby back ribs
- 4 tablespoons rub of your choice, or mixture of salt, pepper and garlic powder
- ΒΌ cup olive oil
- Barbeque sauce of your choice
- 2 (907.18g) packages baby back ribs
- 51.12g rub of your choice, or mixture of salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 59.15ml olive oil
- Barbeque sauce of your choice
Tender, fall-off-the-bone BBQ ribs that don't skimp on flavor. Your guests' taste buds don't stand a chance.
Preparation
STEP 1
Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Mix together rub and olive oil to form a paste. Rub all over surface of ribs. Wrap in foil and cook in a preheated 275°F oven for 3 hours.
STEP 2
Remove ribs from foil pouch and move to a grill heated to medium-high – careful, the ribs may be very tender! Grill each side for 3-5 minutes, brushing with sauce during the last minute.
STEP 3
Remove from grill, brush with additional barbeque sauce if desired, slice and love every bite!
