Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 red onion, julienned
- 1 ¼ cups green peas
- 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 whole hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Fresh dill, chopped for garnish
- 453.59g bacon
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

- 295.74ml green peas
- 295.74ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 whole hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 118.29ml mayonnaise
- 118.29ml sour cream
- 12.78g sugar
- Fresh dill, chopped for garnish
This fresh and easy salad will be your next hit at the BBQ or family dinner. It’s best to use a clear bowl to show off all your hard work!
Preparation
STEP 1
In a pan over medium-high heat, cook bacon until is brown and crispy. Drain, chop and set aside on paper towels to cool.
STEP 2
In a large bowl (clear works best), place the chopped lettuce and top with a layer of red onion, green peas, cheddar cheese, eggs and then bacon.
STEP 3
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar. Whisk very well and drizzle over the salad garnishing with fresh dill.
