  • 1 pack Atkins lamb meatballs
  • Karam’s garlic sauce
  • Pomegranate molasses
  • Za’atar seasoning

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

STEP 2

Cook meatballs for 12–15 minutes, or panfry in oil, until browned and cooked through.

Skewer onto small bamboo picks. Drizzle with garlic sauce and pomegranate molasses. Finish with a sprinkle of za’atar.

Options

For smaller bites, halve meatballs and re-roll into smaller balls before cooking.
