Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
STEP 2
Cook meatballs for 12–15 minutes, or panfry in oil, until browned and cooked through.
STEP 3
Skewer onto small bamboo picks. Drizzle with garlic sauce and pomegranate molasses. Finish with a sprinkle of za’atar.
