Mayonnaise is a great trick for quick creamy dressing. Try it with chopped herbs in the summertime for an extra level of freshness and flavor!

Preparation
STEP 1

In a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard and yellow mustard if using.

STEP 2

Add vinegar, garlic powder and paprika if using. Whisk until the dressing is smooth, emulsified and there are no streaks of mayonnaise or mustard. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. For best flavor let dressing rest for 30 minutes before serving.

Options

For a thinner dressing add a teaspoon of water, or for a thicker dressing add a little more mayonnaise.

You can adjust the amount of honey used if you prefer a sweeter dressing.

Try adding 1-2 teaspoons of chopped fresh herbs such as dill, parsley or chives for a delicious bright herbaceous flavor.
