Ingredients
- ⅓ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup hazelnut-chocolate butter (Bulk Foods)
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 78.86ml butter, softened
- 118.29ml packed brown sugar
- 118.29ml sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2.13g vanilla
- 236.59ml hazelnut-chocolate butter (Bulk Foods)
- 354.88ml flour
- 2.13g baking soda
These decadent little goodies are absolute perfection right out of the oven. They make great gifts too!
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
STEP 2
Coat a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. In a mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add egg, vanilla and nut butter. Mix to just combine.
STEP 3
Scrape sides of bowl and add flour and baking soda. Mix to combine, scraping sides as necessary.
STEP 4
Drop by rounded tablespoon 2 inches apart onto prepared sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
STEP 5
Cool briefly on sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack.
