- Olive oil
- ½ cup prepared fig spread
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- ½ pound thinly sliced prosciutto
- 3 cups arugula

A fun and simple way to make pizza on the grill. Naan bread is a great vehicle for carrying all these bold flavors!
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat grill on high for 15 minutes. After preheating, turn burners down to medium.
STEP 2
Brush crust with olive oil and spread fig jam over entire surface. Sprinkle with blue cheese and top with small piles of prosciutto.
STEP 3
Place pizzas on grill, close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. When pizza is done, remove and top with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.
Options
Leftover fig spread is wonderful for quesadillas, as a glaze for ham or pork, or as a topping for scones. To bake, preheat oven to 350°. Place pizzas directly on rack and cook for 8-10 minutes and top with arugula when finished!
