This quick, easy and healthy sauce can be served with fish, chicken, chips, or used as a topping for tacos or burritos.
Ingredients
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • ⅓ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice of one lime, to taste
  • Pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 78.86ml non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice of one lime, to taste
  • Pinch of salt and pepper, to taste

This quick, easy and healthy sauce can be served with fish, chicken, chips, or used as a topping for tacos or burritos.

Preparation
STEP 1

Mash avocado, then stir in yogurt, lime, salt and pepper. Fold in any remaining ingredients if desired.

Options

Optional additions include chopped orange segments with a pinch of ground cumin, or any combination of diced tomato, chopped green chili, sliced green onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño or a few shakes of your favorite hot sauce.

If you would like your cream any thinner stir in a little milk of choice until your desired consistency.
