Try these 3-way filo cups! Sweet, savory, and tangy bites feature brie with cranberry, goat or blue cheese with dates, or smoky salmon all in crisp, golden filo cups for an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
  • 1 box mini filo shells
  • Brie & Cranberry:
  • Brie cheese, cut into chunks
  • T&C cranberry sauce
  • Pistachios, chopped
  • Pomegranate arils
  • Goat or Blue Cheese & Dates:
  • Goat or blue cheese, crumbled
  • Dates, chopped
  • Hot honey
  • Smoked salmon:
  • T&C smoked salmon spread
  • Sliced cornichons, capers or chives.

Preparation
STEP 1

BRIE & CRANBERRY:
Place a chunk of brie and a dab of T&C cranberry sauce in a filo cup. Top with chopped pistachios. Bake at 350°F for 5-8 minutes until golden. Garnish with pomegranate arils.

STEP 2

GOAT OR BLUE CHEESE & DATES:
Add crumbled goat or blue cheese to filo cups and top with chopped dates. Bake at 350°F for 5–8 minutes until golden, then drizzle with hot honey.

STEP 3

SMOKED SALMON:
Place a spoonful of smoked salmon spread in a filo cup, and top with sliced cornichons, capers or chives.
