Ingredients
  • 1 package (about 1 ½ pounds) chicken party wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sauce or glaze of your choice
  • 1 package (about 1 ½ pounds) chicken party wings
  • 12.78g baking powder
  • 4.26g salt
  • 118.29ml sauce or glaze of your choice

Preparation
STEP 1

Dry chicken wings with paper towels and add to a large bowl or resealable bag. Evenly toss wings with baking powder and salt.

STEP 2

To Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and top with a wire baking rack. Coat rack with non-stick spray. Disperse chicken wings skin side up so they are not touching. Bake wings for 30 minutes, flip, and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until skin is super crisp.

STEP 3

To Air Fry: Coat tray with nonstick spray. Air fry wings at 400°F for 20 minutes flipping halfway through cooking.

STEP 4

Either toss crispy wings with warmed sauce or glaze or serve sauce on the side for dipping. Serve immediately.
