Ingredients
- ¼ pound thick-cut bacon, diced
- 3 (6 ½ ounces) cans minced clams
- 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, room temperature
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Tabasco sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
- 113.4g thick-cut bacon, diced
- 3 (184.27g) cans minced clams
- 1 (226.8g) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 78.86ml sour cream
- 8.52g prepared horseradish
- 8.52g fresh lemon juice
- 4.26g Worcestershire sauce
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 25.56g minced fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Tabasco sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
Pieces of smoky bacon elevate this clam dip to an irresistible level. Try with ridged potato chips, tortilla chips, crostini or your favorite cracker.
Preparation
STEP 1
Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
STEP 2
Drain clams, reserving 1/4 cup clam juice.
STEP 3
Stir together cream cheese, sour cream and horseradish until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire and reserved clam juice.
STEP 4
Fold in bacon, drained clams, green onions and parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a few dashes of Tabasco.
STEP 5
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
