Ingredients
- ½ bag frozen tater tots (or hush puppies, about 30 tots)
- 8 slices bacon, quartered
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper, optional
- Choice of dipping sauce (ketchup, spicy ketchup, cheese dip, BBQ sauce)

Buttery, smoky, sweet and spicy, these are not your regular ol' cafeteria tots.
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
STEP 2
In a shallow plate or bowl mix brown sugar and black pepper.
STEP 3
Wrap each frozen tot in quartered slice of bacon. Roll to evenly coat all sides in brown sugar black pepper mixture.
STEP 4
Place seam side down on parchment lined sheet pan, evenly spacing out tots.
STEP 5
Bake until crispy and glazed. About 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with choice of dipping sauce.
