Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounces) wheel of brie
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed but chilled
- 1 egg, beaten

A flaky crust and melty Brie? That already sounds delicious, and you also get to add a filling of your choice for another layer of flavor!
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 425˚F.
STEP 2
Roll out puff pastry and slightly trim corners. Place your chosen filling in the center of pastry and top with brie.
STEP 3
Fold pastry up around brie. Brush and seal with beaten egg.
STEP 4
Flip pastry over and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush top and sides with egg.
STEP 5
Bake about 20 minutes, let sit at least 10 minutes before serving.
