Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado, cubed
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 (16 ounces) package coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage)
  • ½ cup finely sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 (6 ounces) container plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ripe avocado, cubed
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 (453.59g) package coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage)
  • 118.29ml finely sliced red onion
  • 25.56g lime juice
  • 25.56g rice vinegar
  • 1 (170.1g) container plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
STEP 1

Place avocado, mango, coleslaw and red onion in a medium bowl.

STEP 2

In a small bowl, stir together lime juice, vinegar and Greek yogurt.

STEP 3

Add dressing to avocado mixture and toss.

STEP 4

Season to taste with salt and pepper and chill until ready to serve.

Options

Use as a side dish with grilled meats or fish or try as a topping for tacos.
